A 55-year-old man was found unresponsive inside his cell at SCI Camp Hill Monday and died, officials said.
Reginald Hale was pronounced dead around 12:30 p.m. Monday after prison staff, medical personnel and Lower Allen EMS attempted life-saving measures, according to the state Department of Corrections.
