LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — A traffic stop on Thursday ended with a woman with a dozen arrest warrants arrested in Lancaster County, according to a news release.
Around 9:01 a.m. on Feb. 12, the Northern Lancaster County Regional Police Department pulled over Victoria Gunzenhauser, 27, of Manheim, near the 800 block of Lancaster Road in Penn Township.
