CUMBERLAND COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) — Charges were filed after counterfeit United States Department of Agriculture stamps were allegedly placed on meat at a Cumberland County farm and then distributed to other states.
Forgery, deceptive business practices, and trademark counterfeiting charges were filed against 44-year-old Thomas McElwee III and 35-year-old Angelia Kuhn, both of Newville, according to court records.
