A vehicle crashed into a trash truck Thursday morning in Perry County.
The call was reported around 8:50 a.m. in the 400 block of Windy Hill Road in Carroll Township, according to county dispatch. The crash trapped someone in the vehicle, Central PA Fire Wire reported.
