YORK COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — A woman is accused of striking a 1-year-old while trying to get them to go to sleep at a Carroll Township daycare, according to a citation filed by Carroll Township Police.
On Dec. 18, Sydney Ramsey-Bennett, 21, of Mechanicsburg, was reportedly seen in a video shoving the head of a toddler to a mat a dozen times and striking the back of the child at least 10 times while working as a daycare assistant at Little Dreams on Ore Bank Road in Dillsburg.
