LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — The criminal case of a Lebanon County man accused of committing a string of offenses in Lancaster County that ended in a fiery crash is heading to county court, according to a news release.
Joshua Quinones, 33, of Jackson Township, appeared in a hearing on Feb. 17 that ended with a judge ruling his case could proceed to county court.
Shortly after 5 a.m. on Dec. 20, Quinones reportedly stalked a woman, falsely reported that a house was on fire, robbed two different gas stations, and led police on a lengthy high-speed chase across multiple townships that ended in a “massive explosion.”
During the chase, the Lancaster County District Attorney’s Office said Quinones nearly hit an officer with his vehicle before ultimately crashing into a car at a Clay Township intersection, causing the explosion…
