Harrisburg, Pennsylvania – Snow will begin around 5 a.m. Sunday, and bursts exceeding 1 inch per hour could quickly cover highways across central Pennsylvania before the morning is over.
According to the National Weather Service in State College, a Winter Storm Warning is in effect from 5 a.m. Sunday until 1 p.m. Monday for Dauphin, Schuylkill, Lebanon, Adams, York and Lancaster counties. Total snowfall between 6 and 12 inches is possible, with higher amounts where heavier snow bands persist.
