Pennsylvania State Police awarding $5,000 to solve Dauphin County cold case

HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM) — State Police in Harrisburg announced they are awarding $5,000 for information on a cold homicide case from 1985.

Troopers announced they are seeking public assistance with their investigation into the homicide of 49-year-old Robert Potteiger, who was shot multiple times in his vehicle with a handgun on December 16, 1985, in West Hanover Township.
