YORK COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) — Three York County family members were arrested and facing child abuse allegations after police said multiple children were imprisoned in a home for years, something an expert described as “child torture.”
Multiple charges, including false imprisonment, were filed Wednesday against Ashley Cardona, 31, Lori Cardona, 53, and Michael Cardona, 29, all of Manchester, according to court records.
