Four months after halting production, Harrisburg Dairies Inc. in Harrisburg has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection, according to court documents.
The bankruptcy, which allows businesses to reorganize and restructure debt, was filed Feb. 20 in the Pennsylvania Middle District Court.
