Jyheir Mosley-Williams Sentenced In Harrisburg Murder

A convicted killer flashed a heart sign and smiled at supporters moments after learning he could spend decades behind bars, prosecutors said.

Jyheir Mosley-Williams, 22, was sentenced to 18 to 40 years in state prison for the 2022 killing of 23-year-old Jacoby Strain-Hankerson, Dauphin County District Attorney Fran Chardo announced in a release issued Wednesday, Feb. 25.
