HARRISBURG, Pa. — A former Lebanon resident will serve seven years in federal and face deportation proceedings upon his release for illegally possessing and manufacturing machine guns.
Luis Rosa-Hernandez was sentenced to a prison term of 96 months by U.S. District Judge Jennifer P. Wilson after being found guilty of possessing machine guns and criminal conspiracy, according to U.S. Attorney Brian D. Miller.
An investigation determined that between June and November of 2022, Rosa-Hernandez sold 31 machine gun conversion devices and two stolen handguns with reason to believe the recipient would possess or use them unlawfully, Miller said in a press release…
