UPPER ALLEN TOWNSHIP, PA — Police arrested a Mechanicsburg woman after a hit-and-run crash that left a good Samaritan seriously injured on Dec. 27.
Nancy M. Schaeffer, 59, of Mechanicsburg, was charged with aggravated assault by vehicle while DUI, driving under the influence of alcohol or controlled substance at the highest rate, accidents involving death or personal injury, driving under the influence of alcohol or controlled substance for general impairment and careless driving.
