86-year-old man dies in two-vehicle crash at Route 22 and South Crawford Road in Dauphin County

DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa. — An 86‑year‑old man was killed in a two‑vehicle crash Feb. 13 on Allentown Boulevard in Dauphin County, according to a police crash report.

Police identified Ray Miller, 86, as the driver who died. The crash occurred at the intersection of Allentown Boulevard (Route 22) and South Crawford Road. Police said Miller was stopped at a stop sign on South Crawford Road, facing north, before entering the eastbound right lane of Route 22. Another vehicle was traveling east in that lane.

Miller’s vehicle entered the lane from the left front at about the 11 o’clock position, leading to a collision, the report said. After impact, his vehicle rotated and came to rest in the right lane and shoulder. The second vehicle continued several yards and stopped in the left lane…
