Pennsylvania shuts down youth facility in Dauphin County, orders children removed

STEELTON, Pa. (WHTM) — The Pennsylvania Department of Human Services ordered all children removed from a Dauphin County youth facility and revoked its license after it said its staff uncovered serious violations there.

All children must leave Leading Youth for Excellence, also known as LYFE, by 5 p.m. on Monday, the department said. The facility is located at 911 Gibson Blvd. in Steelton.
