YORK COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) — A driver leading a high-speed chase crashed into a vehicle, sending them to York Hospital during a high-speed chase that involved spike strips, according to Pennsylvania State Police.
Francsola Rice, 39, of Maryland, was arrested and faces 10 charges, including aggravated assault by vehicle from Saturday’s chase on I-83, charges filed by State Police at York show.
At least one person from the struck vehicle suffered non-life-threatening injuries and was taken to the hospital for treatment, State Police said…
