Lancaster County man hit kid on bike, blames him for ‘road rage’ incident: affidavit

LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — A Manheim man is accused of hitting a kid on a bike with his car in a fit of “road rage” February in Mount Joy, according to court documents.

Around 3:30 p.m. on Feb. 18, Mount Joy Borough police were called near the intersection of West Main Street and Manheim Street, where Richard Parmer, 64, had hit a kid riding a bicycle with his car, an affidavit alleged.
