A Manheim Township planning administrator is facing multiple criminal charges after a video of a road rage confrontation — in which he allegedly directed a racial slur at a Lancaster city woman — spread widely on social media this week.
Peter Michael Caci, 36, of Lancaster Township, Pennsylvania, turned himself in to Lancaster city police on Tuesday (March 3) at approximately 2:30 p.m., according to CBS 21. He faces charges of robbery, recklessly endangering another person, disorderly conduct, harassment, and other traffic offenses.
