LEBANON, Pa. — A Lebanon man is facing multiple charges after an alleged shots-fired incident on Wednesday, according to Lebanon City Police.
Luis Alvarado Reyes, 20, was found carrying a black Ruger .380 handgun by police responding to a shots-fired report in the area of N. 12th and Willow streets shortly before 1:30 p.m.
