Lancaster man dead after an altercation with roommates ended with shooting

LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. — A criminal homicide investigation is underway after a man was fatally shot late Saturday in Elizabethtown, according to a press release from Elizabethtown Borough Police Chief Derek Koch.

Police said officers were dispatched at 11:53 p.m. on March 7 to 11 Beech Lane for a reported shooting. When officers arrived, they found Tyler J. Halbleib, of Elizabethtown, on the front porch with a gunshot wound to the upper chest.
