Four Penn State wrestling commits and signees competed this weekend at the PIAA State Championships in Hershey, and the two who were expected to win state championships did just that.
At 121, Norwin’s Landon Sidun capped off a 51-1 campaign by winning his second state title, tech-falling Connellsville’s Tommy Gretz 17-0.
At 215, future Penn State heavyweight Elijah Brown only got one point in his state championship match, but that point was enough to win it against Garnet Valley’s Paxton Hunt.
