HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHTM) — For the ninth year in a row, Harrisburg hosted its annual “Ice & Fire” festival, bringing hundreds to the Midstate.
The event featured over 60 ice sculptures of all sizes, as well as an ice slide, fire dancers and vendors.
