Man, juvenile injured in Harrisburg shooting; police say man likely wasn’t intended target

HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHP) — An adult and child were both shot and injured in Harrisburg late Sunday afternoon, according to police.

Harrisburg police officers were called around 2 p.m. to the 1600 block of Wayne Street for reports of shots fired, Capt. Kyle Gautsch confirmed.

Officers arrived on scene to find a man and a juvenile male with gunshot wounds. Both were taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, police said…
