Three people have been charged with theft after stealing customer account information to purchase nearly $50,000 worth of product from Lowe’s stores across Pennsylvania.
Joel Cabrera-Gutierrez and Francisco Dejesus-Valerio are being charged with nine counts of organized retail theft and corrupt organizations. Leury Antonio Cepeda-Brioso has been charged with eight counts from the organized retail theft scheme.
