CLARION COUNTY, Pa (WJAC) — An Elk County Man is dead after a head-on crash involving two vehicles in Monroe Township, Wednesday morning.
Pennsylvania State Police say David Kunes, 75, of Weedville was driving a car in the wrong direction along interstate 80, when he struck a pick-up truck head-on, at 8:43 a.m.
