A shooting on a Harrisburg street sent police scrambling late Thursday (March 12), after someone fired shots into a vehicle on 19th Street in the city.
According to emergency dispatch reports, the incident was called in at around 9:10 p.m. Officers responded to the scene and launched an investigation.
