Lawsuit claims York County school district failed to help student the day before assault

YORK COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — A south-central Pennsylvania school district is facing a lawsuit after a student reported a threat and was brutally assaulted the following day, according to the court filing.

The suit was filed Feb. 12 by the parents of a South Western School District student, who was reportedly attacked by another high school student in 2025.
