Prepare for strong thunderstorms in South Central Pa. Monday afternoon

A weather alert was issued by the National Weather Service on Monday at 11:20 a.m. for strong thunderstorms until 1:30 p.m. for Franklin, Perry, Dauphin, Lebanon, Cumberland, Adams, York and Lancaster counties.
