Veronica Anntonette Oliva, 36, of Columbia, South Carolina, was charged with Dealing in Proceeds of Unlawful Activities, Theft by Deception, Criminal Conspiracy (Theft by Deception), and Receiving Stolen Property, according to Manheim Township Police.
The investigation began on Jan. 30 when a Lancaster County resident reported receiving a phone call from a man who identified himself as “Sgt. Dean Mitchell,” claiming to be a sheriff, police said.
