Jonestown man sentenced for firing numerous shots into residence

A 21-year-old Jonestown man was sentenced to a minimum of 30 months in prison for firing numerous gunshots into a home with three people inside.

“I really apologize to the victims,” Bryant Pagan-Rodriguez said during the sentencing hearing on Wednesday, March 18. “It was me being dumb.”

Pagan-Rodriguez pleaded guilty to the charges from the 2025 incident as part of a negotiated plea with the Lebanon County District Attorney’s Office on Jan. 15.
