Dauphin County construction company pays $130K in back wages after investigation

DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — A Dauphin County construction company agreed to pay about $130,000 in back wages after a state investigation revealed unpaid wages for 59 workers.

The Pennsylvania Department of Labor & Industry announced Friday that it found S&R Enterprises did not properly calculate overtime hours for dozens of its employees.
