Bills in Harrisburg push for nighttime use of smaller farm vehicles amid some voicing safety concerns

MANOR, Pa. — Under current Pennsylvania law, farm use vehicles under 17,000 pounds can only be used between sunrise and sunset. But now, some lawmakers are proposing to remove these restrictions.
