CUMBERLAND COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — A Carlisle man has been arrested after police say he fired at a vehicle that had a mother and child inside.
Jamal Spells Jr., 25, was charged with aggravated assault, reckless endangering, endangering the welfare of children and discharging a firearm into an occupied structure, according to police.
