Cumberland County town says recorded meetings will be shared publicly only if there’s no ‘illegal speech’

A Cumberland County township passed a resolution last week to live-stream its meetings that coincided with national “Sunshine Week,” but there is a catch.

East Pennsboro township commissioners say they reserve the right to stop the recordings mid-meeting and only want them immediately available to the public for a maximum of 60 days.
