Man angered by past-due rent, bills allegedly set fire that displaced 8 in Steelton: docs

DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa (WHP) — Officials have charged a Steelton man they say started an apartment blaze after issues paying rent and utility bills.

The fire broke out on March 3 around 4:11 p.m., as flames were seen spewing out of the apartment complex, located at the 600 block of South Second Street.
