Palmyra man charged after alleged Lebanon home break-in, vehicle theft

A Palmyra man was charged with theft after he broke into a Lebanon city home and attempted to steal two vehicles, according to the Lebanon City Police Department

Matthew Butler, 37, faces charges of criminal trespassing and theft by unlawful taking.
