CAMP HILL, PA — Police have charged a man and four juveniles in connection with a theft from a motor vehicle in the 300 block of Willow Avenue.
The Camp Hill Police Department took a report at approximately 9:51 a.m. on March 12 of a theft that occurred overnight.
