York resident A’Quil Bailey was excitedly saving money to leave central Pennsylvania and move south with his growing family.
He and his wife, Brittney Hoff, had recently welcomed their fourth child — their third boy — while Hoff was living in Virginia. Bailey was working at Tate Flooring in York and planning to join his family at their new home after he collected a couple of paychecks.
