Police search for Dauphin County man wanted for leading officers on high-speed chase

DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa. — Police in Dauphin County issued an arrested warrant for man who led officers on a high-speed chase back in September 2025, according to the Lower Swatara Township Police Department.

Joshua Lugo, 43, allegedly drove over 120 mph while he fled from police on I-283 in Dauphin County, a police report said.

On Sept. 30, 2025, at about 12:27 a.m., police initiated a traffic stop on a BMW that went 18 mph over the speed limit in the area of North Union Street and Davis Drive in Middletown.
