HARRISBURG, Pa. — The Pennsylvania Attorney General’s Office is investigating an incident where a 10-month-old pit bull puppy was shot on March 10.
According to Pitties Love Peace, a nonprofit that is devoted to the rescue and rehabilitation of pit bull and bully breed dogs, a local emergency room reached out to the group looking for help for a dog, Lux, that was suffering from a gunshot wound.
“The bullet entered her shoulder and exited through her back, causing irreparable damage. She’ll be heading into surgery shortly to have the damaged leg amputated,” Pitties Love Peace said on March 11…
