“Impassable rail” issue cancels Amtrak Keystone routes

(WHTM) – Amtrak says “impassable rail” has led to the cancellation of a Keystone train between Philadelphia and Harrisburg on Friday.

In an itinerary change message to passengers on Friday morning, Amtrak Northeast said the impassable rail is due to a municipal hold between Lancaster and Philadelphia.
