A York County man and his girlfriend have been charged in the 2025 death of her 3-year-old child.
In a news release, police in Howard County Maryland said that Dale Brown Jr., 25, of Hanover, and Kathleen Amesbury, 28, of Columbia, Maryland, were charged with second-degree murder, neglect of a minor, child abuse in the first and second degree, and involuntary manslaughter.
