DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM)– Residents of a Dauphin County community may see smoke in the sky on Monday.
According to the Porter Township Office of Emergency Management, the Pennsylvania Game Commission will be conducting a 171-acre prescribed fire on SGL 210 in Rush Township, Dauphin County, on March 30.
The office said the fire will occur to the south of Greenland Road and north of Route 325. Smoke may be seen on Peter’s Mountain near Lykens, Wiconisco, Tower City, and Williamstown between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m.
