A 21-year-old Lancaster County man is in custody after leading Pennsylvania State Police on a high-speed chase along Route 30 in Manheim Township last weekend.
Troopers say Isaac Fadelmoula refused to pull over after being clocked speeding on Route 30. The pursuit reached speeds of 100 miles per hour before officers brought it to an end by deploying stop sticks near Oakview Road.
