A Carlisle man left a 10-year-old nonverbal child alone in his car while he drank in a Cumberland County bar over the weekend, police said, according to court documents.
Middlesex Township police said on Sunday night they found Arsenio Morales, 33, drinking a beer inside the BarBQ Tavern on Harrisburg Pike, after getting reports of a Jeep that was “all over the road” on Interstate 81.
