HARRISBURG, Pa. — Police have charged a Harrisburg man with the rape and murder of his 25-year-old girlfriend.
Rafael Ivan Duran Malave, 32, is accused of killing 25-year-old Amanda Makor, who was found unresponsive in her Progress Avenue home on the morning of March 30.
