DOVER, Pa. — A York County man has been charged with assaulting and kidnapping a woman during an alleged domestic incident — his fifth arrest in less than a year.
Kenneth Knott, 44, of Dover, allegedly physically assaulted the victim and refused to allow her out of his vehicle, ignoring numerous pleas to release her, during a dispute on March 31, according to Northern York County Regional Police.
