2 arrested, charged after shots fired at Dauphin County hookah bar

STEELTON BOROUGH, Pa. (WHTM) — Two people were arrested on multiple charges, including aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, after shots were allegedly fired at a Dauphin County hookah bar.

According to the Steelton Borough Police Department, Kevin Spears, 31, and Cody Eldridge, 27, were charged with Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon, Criminal Conspiracy to Commit Aggravated Assault, Recklessly Endangering Another Person, and Firearms Not to Be Carried Without a License.

The department says police were patrolling the area of the 100 block of North Front Street at around 3:15 a.m. on Sunday when they discovered that shots had been fired in the vicinity of the Soul Lounge.
