Milk trailer ‘split in half,’ causing upper Dauphin crash that closed bridge

WAYNESVILLE, Pa. (WHTM) — State troopers say a trailer hauling milk split in half, causing a crash that damaged and closed an upper Dauphin County bridge.

The crash happened on Powell’s Valley Road near Jacobs Church Road in Wayne Township around 3:30 a.m. on March 28. Damage to the bridge crossing a Powell’s Creek tributary lead to the closure of the bridge and a detour, according to PennDOT.
