Multiple south central Pa. municipalities place burn bans, open burning advisories due to drought conditions

YORK COUNTY, Pa. — Municipalities in Cumberland, Franklin and York counties have placed open burning advisories and burn bans due to drought conditions across the region.

The York County Office of Emergency Management announced Tuesday that East Manchester and Paradise townships enacted burn bans due to severe drought conditions.
